Darla McCormick was recommended by our niece and her husband, who bought their first home with her.  As first-time homebuyers ourselves (and purchasing from out of state /remotely) we wanted to make sure we had a realtor who can help us with this complicated process (complicated for us since we're newbies).  Darla was phenomenal to work with!  She even did video tours with us for two homes we were interested in making an offer on.   Eventually, we made an offer on a house we actually saw in-person with Darla and was able to quickly close the deal.  Even after we closed on the house and needed to get some work done, she helped us out by coordinating with the workers, making sure the work was done properly (we had carpet removed on the entire 2nd floor and replaced with wood floors).
