Inventor and entrepreneur Dennis Simmons has had a long and unconventional path to his successful career in real estate beginning 43 years ago. Born and raised on a ranch in western Kansas, Dennis closed his first transaction at just nineteen years old, an early indicator of his enterprising spirit. His professional career as an electrical engineer for Bell Labs and Intel, and eventually his own companies, resulted in both national and international recognition for his inventions and technological achievements, including the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Inc Magazine, Merrill Lynch, & Ernst & Young (if you have stepped into the gastroenterologist’s lab of any medical facility in any part of the world, you have seen and used his technology!). Dennis’ extensive experience negotiating very large contracts with international Fortune 500 companies gives him a unique perspective as one of Arizona’s leading Buyer’s agents.

Dennis’ lifelong passion for real estate has manifested itself in several ways: on the residential side, Dennis spent over 35 years finding hidden jewels and polishing them into gems, some of which even gained international notoriety for their visual splendor. For his own businesses, Dennis put his engineering degree to good use, capitalizing on his exceptional skillset to develop commercial properties from vacant land up to completed buildings with unusual aesthetic beauty and state-of-the-art functionality. Dennis has served on many boards, some philanthropic, and some professionally, including a Board of Directorship at one of the largest banks in the country.
