Nicole brings over two decades of real estate experience and actively represents clients in both San Diego, California and Arizona. She has closed more than 300 home sales and continues to serve Buyers and Sellers across both markets. Her career began in the financial sector as a loan processor, where she developed a strong foundation in loan structuring and transaction management. In 2007, she transitioned into residential real estate, combining her work ethic, interpersonal skills, and natural leadership to build a thriving real estate team. Under the tutelage of her late mentor, she expanded into the luxury markets of Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe, gaining invaluable experience representing high-end clientele. In 2009, she leveraged her established banking relationships to become a top REO listing agent, representing major financial institutions including Chase and Wells Fargo. She oversaw the listing and sale of bank-owned properties throughout San Diego County during one of the most complex market cycles in recent history. During that time, Nicole also represented local investors acquiring properties at courthouse auctions, guiding them through the entire rehabilitation process—from acquisition to renovation and resale—providing strategic insight at every stage.  Nicole went on to cultivate her own real estate team, ultimately launching a boutique brokerage specializing in luxury high-rise condominiums in Downtown San Diego. In 2016, she was hand-selected by BOSA Development to collaborate with a distinguished group of professionals on the launch of Savina, where she played a significant role in facilitating the pre-construction sale of 60% of the project. Her consistent production earned her Gold and Platinum distinctions from the San Diego Association of Realtors, reflecting both volume and professionalism. Nicole’s success is rooted in her empathy for clients and her ability to build thoughtful, long-term relationships built on trust, discretion, and results.  In 2020, Nicole and her husband, a former Arizona resident and ASU graduate, began splitting their time between San Diego and Phoenix. Today, she actively represents clients in both markets and is deeply committed to serving buyers and sellers throughout the Valley. Among her most notable achievements is the record-setting sale of a newly constructed hillside estate in Paradise Valley, where she represented the Seller on a successful sale in 2025 for over $17 million — a benchmark transaction that reflects her expertise in marketing premier, architecturally significant properties. Nicole holds the REALTOR®, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and the prestigious Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designations — credentials earned through a combination of advanced education and proven experience.
